Description
Plants adapt to the ever-changing environmental conditions and cope with the biotic and abiotic stress factors through their signaling networks. Mitochondria is a key organelle in these networks acting as signaling hubs for the interaction between plants and environment. Along with mitochondria, chloroplasts are also involved in signal integration when plants are under stress.
We developed a framework that bridges the gap between volumetric segmentation and biologically actionable inference, providing a scalable approach for identifying morphology-based biomarkers of cellular state from 3D imaging data.
